Our Bulacan-Pampanga Culinary Tour

Our assembly time was 5 o'clock in the morning at Burger King timog avenue. We are all excited so that Class 34 already there at 4:30 in the morning.

at 6:20 in the morning we left manila, our first destination was the Rosalie's Bibingka in Marilao Bulacan, we got there at 7 o'clock in the morning. Rosalie's Bibingka was famous in there kakanins. they gave us free sample "suman na pinipinig" and "suman na may buko".  They also have different kinds of delicacies like sapin sapin,puto,bibingka etc.


...next destination was lugaw ni abel in Malolos Bulacan, we had lugaw with mata ng baka & lugaw with utak ,Tokwa & cofee. Lugaw ni abel started in 1988. Originally her mother name Mrs. Leonora Bautista was the one who started the business then transfer it to abel.

Third destination was San Fernando Pampanga, at Robinson's we met our Tourguide, her name is Keith, She told us little history of San Fernando. San Fernando became city in 2001 under Rey V. Aquino. In 300 years ago, the city was colonialized by spaniards,San Fernando known as the Christmas capital of the philippines. in terms of dishes the Kapampangan's favorite like buro's or the shrimp paste, the Camaro or the cricket,stuffed frog, karekare and dinuguan.

It's lunch time, so we procceed to our next Destination the Everbody cafe,before this was owned by Carmen Santos but now Petronilia Santos is one who managed it. At 11 o'clock Aling Milling Demontrate some dishes like Camaro at Stuffed Frog.She is the Authentic cook of Stuufed frog.

At 11:30 we had our lunch, they gave samples of camaro and Silk worm for us to taste.




After Lunch,we had games "Bring me" and raffles prices.after the games we went to Robinson's for the Famous Halo-halo the Kabigtings. They are located at Robinson's Foodcourt.


At 3 oclock in the afternoon when we arrived at Sta. Rita Pampanga for the Duman Festival, "Duman" means "Malagkit na Rice". The street was full of Kapampangan different Dishes.





at 5:30 in the afternoon we went back to place where our bus was park, while waiting for the others we visit the church






Our next destination was the Totobits, they gave us Fried Isaw, One day Old and Fried chicken head.

 At 8:30 o'clock in the evening we went to our last destination,The PARTYLAND, we had a buffet dinner with band and we had some drinks. we left at pampanga at 11 o'clock in the evening, Inside the bus our class begun their kulitan moments, kantahan, asaran and some picture takings.






 at 12:20 in the evening when we arrived in manila at Burger King Timog.We are all tired and sleepy but Happy, Hopefully they plan another culinary tour  . SkD academy for me is one of the best culinary school, friendly staff and you will earn new experiences and meet new friends :)
